West Hayden Floating Home Moorage is located on the far west end of residential homes on Hayden Island. This moorage has 57 floating homes; each home comes with a two car garage. The docks are cement and the utilities are located under the docks, leaving the moorage walkways clear. The moorage is self managed.

The monthly HOA fee is $305 (as of this writing) and covers water, sewer, garbage and maintenance. This floating home moorage  is a gated community. The residents are very nice and generally between 35 and 80 years of age….so always someone to make new friends with!

The floating home moorage is quiet and friendly. Walk to the new Big Box Store mall on Hayden Island where you can shop at Home Depot, Toys R Us, Old Navy, Target, West Marine and Best Buy.  Moor your yacht right to the front of your home! Kayak, fish, boat and swim from your home dock.
