Meiier’s Marina in Bridgeton  is a small privately owned six slip floating home moorage located in Bridgeton Neighborhood. The slips are on long term leases. The move in fee to move a house into the moorage on a long term lease is $25,000. At the time of this post there is one empty outside slip available for a lease; and WOW, does it have a fabulous view straight up the North Portland Harbor.  The moorage is undergoing a refurbishing this year, and will see improvement to the appearance of the docks and the uplands.  Parking for each house is available in the gravel lot at the top of the ramp. The HOA fees include water, sewer, garbage and parking. The monthly fee will be in the $650 to $675 range. This is great little moorage with 2 wonderful front slips and affordable homes, just steps away from the local coffee – wine bar Channel’s Edge.
