This is still a great time to buy real estate in Portland. Inspite of the disappointing market report of a drop of value of 16% in 2008, that is a historical figure, and going forward into 2009 we can look for a slow but steady stablization of value in our city. Remember that Forbes still points to Portland as one of the locations where real estate is still a great investment.
